The ideal candidate for this position is an individual that has excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with Microsoft Word and has the ability to work independently and also as a team member. Construction background is preferred.
Duties include typing, filing, keeping records, scheduling, preparing documents, communicating with clients and vendors, keeping up with the company's social media pages and company's website.
