Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred
- Ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment while paying attention to details
- A great teammate with strong customer service skills, flexible, and willing to do what it takes to get the task completed within a given time frame and under an established set of guidelines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dependable and desire to learn with a positive attitude
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.), IBM system (CICS - APGO), and JDE is a plus
Typical Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ADM's internal and external customers through efficient execution of transactional processes
- Proficiently identify and gather essential information required for invoice processing, prepare payments in the applicable currency, and send necessary documents with payment
- Meet and exceed set goals for invoice processing in an efficient and timely manner
- Identify and resolve invoice errors to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Plan effectively to define outcomes, identify changes, and implement solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with all ADM policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of operational excellence
- Recommend, develop, and implement process and system improvements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen controls
- Interact with multiple levels of accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and commercial and operational management to facilitate a smooth and efficient invoicing process
