Fall Fittings has an immediate opening for an Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones, Assisting Customer & Routing Calls
- Distributing E-Mails, Mail, and packages
- Assisting Customers
- Bookkeeping Including entering billing, customer payments, vendor bills, ect.
- Drafting/Preparing/Sending Various Correspondences/Documents
- Printing Drawings
- Filing/Sorting and preparing documents for internal use/ indexing/distribution.
- Maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Data Entry
- Additional assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in QuickBooks Online a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong Computer Skills
- Office Organization: Keep the office environment tidy and efficient, including managing office supplies and equipment.
