We're currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Marketing Manager. This is a part-time position with the potential of moving to a full-time role. In this role, you'll contribute to various marketing initiatives, including design projects, email campaigns, events, and video editing tasks.
Requirements:
- Working towards bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
- Creative mindset for crafting compelling advertising materials
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Video editing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Goal-oriented with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail
- Quick learner with strong writing abilities
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing and executing email campaigns
- Support event planning activities, including setup and teardown for employee trainings and events
- Create engaging video content for various social media platforms
- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing tasks
- Design advertisements for products, tradeshows, and webinars
- Analyze monthly campaign metrics and contribute to strategy discussions
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve departmental goals
