-Duties-
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
- Assist marketing team with daily schedules
- Assist marketing team with blog, website, and social media accounts
-Requirements-
- Previous experience in a clerical or Office Assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience managing social media accounts and blogs
- Experience with SEO a plus
