Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assist Operations Manager with scheduling new residential jobs & on site meetings
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Support calendar management for team members
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in office management or administrative role is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
