Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in budgeting and financial management
- Oversee vendor management and procurement processes
- Plan and coordinate office events and activities
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Manage office communication systems, including phone systems and email accounts
- Assist in medical office management, including patient scheduling and record keeping
- Support human resources functions, such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
- Ability to plan and execute events with attention to detail
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office communication tools
- Knowledge of medical office management practices (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
