```Duties:```
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and financial documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection policies
- Organize and maintain office filing systems in both physical and electronic formats
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience with payroll software is a plus
- Experience in training development is preferred
- Previous experience in medical office management is a bonus
