Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Operate and manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
- Provide general office support, including filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with clerical tasks such as new hire files, general files, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of building departments and permit submission process
- Have permitting and/or construction office experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
