Responsibilities:

• Be the architect of our office's efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Field all incoming communications, whether via phone, email, parcel, or in person.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed to keep operations running smoothly..
• Embrace a collaborative spirit – lend a helping hand wherever it's needed most.

Skills:

• While previous administrative or office management experience is a bonus, it's not essential – we value passion and potential.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and other essential office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
