Front Office Administrator

We're seeking a full-time Front Office Administrator to join our amazing dental practice in West Linn, OR!

No previous experience required. Willing to train the right candidate!

Duties/Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Hygiene coordination
• Coorespondance with dental labs
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
• Insurance billing
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
