The Office Administrator will assist the scheduling, estimating, and graphics department by reviewing plans for quality control and ensuring projects smooth workflow.
Typical Duties:
- Have a thorough knowledge of construction plans, specifications and all project related documents.
- Ability to learn and send proposals to clients.
- Manage and ensure inventory levels are precise and accurate.
- Attend pre-scheduling meetings and job site visits and convey all information and photos obtained at these meetings.
- Obtain and review all proofs/renderings - plans to adequately identify anything that would delay the project prior to scheduling or once scheduled.
- Assist estimating in bid closeouts including; compiling and reviewing material subcontractor quotes. Ensure all project related documentation is in accordance with company established standards.
- Obtain and review bid documents to adequately perform the project for quality take-off.
- High attention to detail.
- Eager and willingness to learn.
- Project manage all the way through completion of job.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
