Here are some of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily:
- Work with programs Excel, Microsoft word, Salesforce, Birchstreet and Quore, to manage and oversee all functions of the Maintenance and Grounds Department
- Use Delphi and Epitome to assist in getting information on availability to assign work orders for rooms and buildings
- Assist Director of Facilities in record keeping of projects, prioritize and close work orders in Quore
- Research for the department to get the best pricing available for replacement parts or new purchases. Contact and coordinate scheduling Vendors/Contractors for onsite work
- Input items into inventory system and maintain/organize. Enter GL coding on all invoices and get approval signatures and submit to Business Office
- Receive and log in of all guest packages. Schedule pickups for company and guest packages to be sent out or returned
- Responsible for calling Aegis and Emergency 24 alarm companies on an as needed basis to assist in repairs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have computer knowledge to include Micro Soft and Excel
- Willing and able to multi-task, handling several situations at once.
- Have prior knowledge of some accounting procedures.
- Have at least one year's experience as an Office Administrator or Assistant

This position is a maximum of 16 hours per week.
This position is 90% sedentary and it will require moving 10% of the time.
