We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make. In addition, this role will assist the manager in making contact with prospective leads who are interested in our services and handling all booking and membership concerns for clients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined and may have some sales or outbound calling experience. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.
The candidate will also have some sales experience and will be required to make outbound calls to both current and prospective clients concerning payments, memberships and new sales. This position will also be responsible for social media posts and management.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience for the client and be a part of the growth of our company.

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
