Job Summary:
Serve as Office Administrator supporting the Management team within the Eden Prairie Office, and central hub for information and services within the facility. Maintains leadership schedules, coordinates meetings and events, maintains office equipment, makes travel arrangements and other clerical duties. Must be able to work in the Eden Prairie office Tuesday – Thursday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains leadership calendars
- Coordinates meetings, including food, meeting and technology
- Coordinates technology for new hires at the EP office
- Arrange meals for business lunches
- Distributes correspondence and information to appropriate persons in the office/department
- Apply Company communications to our digital signage
- Stocks supplies and keeps office inventory
- Order name plates, business cards, envelopes etc.
- Responsible for all outgoing mail and freight activities, i.e., UPS, FedEx drop offs
- Maintains safe, orderly, and clean reception/front office area
- Maintains employee and department directories
- Maintain and organize conference rooms
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
- 1+ years’ experience in Office Administrator type role or a related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information both written and verbally
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Independent Self-Starter/Team Player
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
Preferred:
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Prior customer service experience
