Job Description
Fumigation company is seeking a Office Administrator to work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Must be able to have flexibility with schedule change.
Must be professional, work well with limited supervision, capable of handling a fast paced work environment, heavy phone traffic experience is a must, fast learner, and customer service oriented.
Responsibilities include: High volume telephones, work scheduling, pre-billing, bookkeeping, data entry, tracking of crews, and interaction with customers, crews and other branch locations, filing. You will be running errands ( in company vehicles) - driver's license is a must. Must have reliable transportation, punctuality is key.
Must be able to learn to process payroll on ADP and accounting.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Strong Organization skills
Good phone and strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs- Word, Excel
Prior Office experience a must
Open to learning more and motivated
Must be able to start in a timely manner- THIS IS A MUST
Must be dog friendly
Pay rate is determined on experience
