Office Administrator I Data Entry

PURPOSE

Responsible for performing a variety of Data Entry activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately input and update order details into the system.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers.
• Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one (1) year Data Entry or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience in Data Entry or related field.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be able to work in a time sensitive manner.
• Customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
