Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! Working at our New Bedford branch, you will be "the face of the company" with new applicants and current employees as they visit the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with applicants and employees on a daily basis
- Working with applications, scanning applications into the HRM system.
- Reviewing weekly timesheets as part of the payroll QA process.
- Distributing payroll / pay statements.
- Greet and assist onsite guests as needed
- Answer inbound telephone calls as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English
- MS Office skills (Word and Excel) a plus.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform duties without close supervision, a self starter.
