Job Description
We are seeking a Part Time or Full Time - Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents - Digital and Paper filing
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer / manage inbound telephone calls and emails
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform variety of other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
