Job Title:Office Administrator | Certified Payroll | LCP Tracker
Location:Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $30-34 per hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable, Certified Payroll, and contracts
Set up contracts in systems, submit Certified Payroll forms
Handle DRI reporting, billing, and DIR submissions
Utilize LCP Tracker for compliance
Process OCIP and CCIP, manage Certificates of Insurance
Generate preliens for new contracts
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable and contracts administration
Familiarity with DRI reporting, LCP Tracker, and DIR submissions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
