Key Tasks

• Assign electronic devices, uniforms, and fleet to new employees.
• Maintain orders/returns and audit bills for electronic devices and uniforms.
• Update management and employees when devices or fleet are ready for pick-up.
• Manage fleet and electronic devices websites.
• Maintain GPS Tracking devices and the software associated with it.
• Perform vehicle inspections with checklists before issuing a vehicle and when a vehicle is returned.
• Manage accident reporting.
• Manage maintenance and repair schedule.
• Properly complete paperwork including checklists and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
