Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate normal business operations for a small law firm with ability to perform administrative tasks such as billing, filing, data entry, record keeping, record organization, and file management
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role for 5+ years required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience with vendor management and negotiation
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Accounting experience with QuickBooks or similar system, Accounts Payabale/Receivables
- Prior knoeldge of law firm billing systems/operations is ideal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, supervising administrative staff, overseeing accounts receivables and payables, coordinating vendor relationships, maintaining inventory supply. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to effectively manage a team, experience with payroll processes and billing systems, and excellent communication skills.
