With our get it done attitude and focused mission we are growing at an unprecedented rate and are therefore seeking an Intelligence Analyst on our LATAM sales team. In this role, you will be responsible to support our sales cycle, demonstrating platform value proposition as well as helping ensure customer enablement and satisfaction.
LOCATION
This is a remote position. Qualified candidates must already live in Miami major Metro area with ability to travel around 30%.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and present platform demonstrations to potential customers and partners.
- Conduct open-source investigations to develop use cases to be showcased.
- Produce detailed intelligence (OSINT) reports – both independently and at the request of sales, customers, etc.
- Monitor and report on open-source (ie. social media) changes including but not limited to new platforms and restrictions within existing ones.
- Work closely with customers to understand their operational and technical requirements in coordination with our sales team.
- Assist with on-boarding customers by proactively providing support and guidance on best practices, and provide relevant use cases.
- Train and educate customers on the product.
- Master the product offering and suggest enhancements based on end-user needs.
- Participate in professional events such as on-site demos and exhibitions.
- Languages - Spanish Full proficiency is mandatory , Portuguese advantage.
- Must be able to travel about 30%
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Mandatory - Proven track record working as OSINT Analyst for 5 years in Law enforcement or intelligence organizations.
- Proven experience in conducting open-source investigations and other OSINT analysis tools.
- Results-driven, self-starter, outstanding interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and organized.
- Proven technology skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in working with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with data visualization products such as Analyst Notebook
- Work experience as Intel\Criminal analyst within State or Federal agencies
- Certificates: applicable criminal or Intelligence analyst certification
- Crypto-currency investigative expertise
