The Office Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative activities and projects in a professional and timely manner within the organization.Job Type: Temp-to-HirePay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hourOffice Administrator Responsibilities: Supporting numerous departments across the organization with daily administrative tasks and projects.Maintaining office supplies within the company's budget.Answering phone calls, managing emails and mail, and greeting visitors.Scheduling meetings and coordinating the quarterly meetings for the board members.Managing document flow and organization electronically and physically by creating and maintaining files, coordinating document distribution, and archiving records.Providing additional administrative job duties. Office Administrator Skills and Abilities: Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task.Excellent organization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Familiarity with document control is preferred.Office Administrator Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager in a business environment.Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Office Administrator - Immediate need.
