Office Administrator
Zann Commercial Brokerage, Inc.
This is a contract to permanent hire opportunity.
Must be willing to work on site at our office located in Houston, TX 77058
9 AM – 4 PM Monday through Thursday with 1 hour for lunch. 9 AM – 12 PM on Friday. (subject to change depending upon associates demands)
A summary of activities related to the Office Administrator position available can be found below:
- Act as primary interface for existing clients and prospective clients by answering phones, checking messages and emails.
- Maintain a database which includes all callers’ names, emails, and telephone numbers.
- Develop a database for all current and future clients and customers.
- Maintain a database of all closed transaction (leases and sales).
- Prepare new invoices and track outstanding invoices.
- Update broker database to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Create and/or modify property information flyers.
- Review and update property listing databases (Loopnet, CoStar, BuildOut, CREXI) to ensure accuracy of information.
- Coordinate email blasts and marketing campaigns.
Relevant skills applicable to this position include:
- Ability to maintain a professional dialogue with clients and walk-ins
- Basic knowledge of PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Illustrator
- Interest and/or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate is not required but ideal
- Graphic design experience a plus
