Office Administrator Summary: Great administrative support position with our local client, providing office support in areas including filing, accounting support and clerical duties.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
· Accurately file documents and organize files
· Provide bookkeeping support
· Assist with office duties
· Enter client data into computer system
· Work 35 hours a week, start time flexible 8/8:30am
Office Administrator Qualifications:
· Prior office support experience
· Prior work experience supporting accounting functions
· Work on site 100%
Office Administrator Skills:
· Bookkeeping software knowledge in Sage 50/Peachtree a plus
· Must have minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar role
· Proficient in MS Office including Excel
