Office Manager
Job Description
St Luke Presbyterian Church is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator for our Open and Affirming church. This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact; providing administrative support to the pastor, session and members; managing the church calendar; handling communications; and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to honesty, discretion, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the pastor, session, and members.
- Maintain general ledger, payroll, donation records, etc.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Answer phone calls, letters, and emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain calendar and scheduling of events.
- Create bulletins, newsletters, and social media postings.
- Maintain website.
- Keep accurate records of membership, attendance, and donations.

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday
Experience: Prefer experience in General Accounting Principles as well as Microsoft Office, website maintenance, Church Windows Software, and church administration.
