Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with onsite presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, remote Monday and Friday. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable/receivable and various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Provide operations administrative support to the office staff, including filing, scanning, and data entry
Provide ad hoc reporting and admin support as assigned, including generating reports, and assisting with project management tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
Salary: $24-26 per hour (commensurate with experience)

2 years of experience in executive assistant, or administrative roles
Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or accounting is a plus.
