Office Administrator
Job description: The Office Administrator’s job is to greet customers, answer phones, and support the sales and service staff with their various responsibilities. In addition, the Office Administrator will work with the staff to help organize calendars, input data, and generate proposals.
Job responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment to visitors.
- Manage phones over multiple offices.
- Help keep the office organized and running smooth.
- Collect client data through the internet, by phone, and in person.
- Generate plan comparisons.
- Coordinate Senior Insurance Agents’ schedules.
- Assist in customer service efforts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Reliable transportation
- Intermediate computer skills at a minimum
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
