We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team in the North Charleston, SC area. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to the management team.
Someone who would succeed in this role is able to work independently, resourceful, has a high attention to detail and enjoys the independence of a small work environment with a big impact and part of a larger team.
Duties include:
· Create invoices daily using QuickBooks
· Maintain office supplies, employee documents, marketing materials, office equipment/computers and address technical issues
· Create, maintain and enter information into databases and assist with regulatory requirements
· Submit payroll related items as well as other human resource pertinent information
· Greet visitors or callers and handle their needs/inquiries
· Control the flow of paperwork in the office including filing and organizing, both in office and digitally
· Support and assist the field employees in creating a successful flow of the office
Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, including fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail and thoughtful time management
· Resourceful, self-sufficient, can work independently and able to manage projects with little direction
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent phone and email etiquette
· Previous office experience required
