```Duties```
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
-Maintain showroom standards and organization
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, installs, meetings, warranty
- Documenting internal processes and procedures
- Track orders and deliveries
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are properly scheduled and updated
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Supervise and provide guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Oversee office budget and expenses, sales goals ensuring adherence to financial policies
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Knowledge of construction industry and cabinetry is a plus
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
