Job Details:
- Will manage office operations, answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, data entry, maintain files, preparing quotes, accounting duties, assisting the Owner with projects, experience with Quickbooks or any billing software, Excel, MS Office, Google apps, and Wordpress preferred.
- This is a full-time direct hire position with great benefits.
- Must have experience in an office management role, able to work independently, strong work ethics, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
- Someone who is proactive, able to think ahead and a take charge attitude.
- 55K-60K + Benefits.
