Are you a powerful administrator who believes in making a difference in the lives of seniors through administration and care support?
Your Home Care, Inc is looking for a highly personable, administrative assistant for our growing Home Care team.
You will provide administrative support for our Sales and administrative team. You will be answering phones, coordinating with caregivers, processing applications, and other office duties part time.
This position also will support our home care clients as well.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for Caregivers and Clients
- Answer Phones / Text heavy
- Process Caregiver applications and registrations (Help with compliance and hiring)
- Update and manage employee files
- Update and manage client files
- Assist with the Client Onboarding Process
- Put together client schedules and manage them
- Work directly with clients and caregivers
- Assist the team with administrative tasks
- Help with invoicing, payment processing, payroll, long term care policies
- Help Sales Manager with marketing tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative and supporting role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Detail oriented and very well organized
- Self-starter with ability to organize own work, initiate improvements and meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, guest service skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Apple
- A flexible, can-do attitude with guest orientation and strong dependability
- Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills and the ability to manage tasks with competing demands
- Able to adapt to a time sensitive, ever-changing environment
- Able to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to be available for occasional evenings or weekends to attend to urgent needs.

Job Type: Part Time (25-30 hours per week, with potential for full time)
Hourly Wage: $25 / hour
Schedule: Mon - Friday 9am-2pm / 11-5pm (Hours will vary)
