Office Administrator

This is an entry level position with the opportunity for growth for the right individual.

The perfect candidate will have a good speaking voice, be able to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner, well organized and able to multitask, keep up in a fast pace environment. "No job too small"

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

-answering phones and doors

-running errands for design staff as needed

-keeping office supplies in stock

-ordering lunch as needed

-walking office dogs

-personal errands for the Principal owners

-filing for design and accounting staff

-office receiving

-ensuring office cleanliness

-small amount of data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
