We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and keep the office organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Order Processing:
- Enter customer orders into the SAP system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Fun Committee Participation:
- Be an active member of our Fun Committee, organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and events.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to boost employee morale and create a positive workplace culture.
- Help plan office parties, birthdays, and other special occasions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP or other order management systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
