**Position: Administrative Assistant / Front Office**
**Role**
We are currently seeking a highly dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery in the office
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries with efficiency, and empathy as well as speediness,
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Assist Offices managers & teams with administrative tasks such as extra jobs, needed, ordering, scheduling, documenting patient information, some HR active's and facilitating patient flow.
- Coordinate referrals, insurance verification, and billing processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Do intake , new hire applications
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in various situations and handle unexpected challenges with composure.
- Exhibit strong follow-up skills to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and just being tech savvy
- Understanding of medical terminology, procedures, or willing to learn
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service excellence.
