Office Associate is needed for a busy office in St. Clair Shores.
Primary duties of the office associate include:
Physical and Electronic filing.
Scanning and data entry
Assist other members of the team as needed.
May need to contact employees, clients or vendors.
Sorting incoming mail and managing outbound packages and mail.
May drive company car to various local locations required for the company.
Ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
Recent Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience.
Works well under pressure
Highly Organized, can change gears quickly
Data Entry experience
Familiar with all Office equipment including computer, copiers, phones and scanners
Must have valid Driver's License.
Accounting, Payroll, Employee Benefits or Human Resource experience is a plus.
