- Assist with placing orders, scheduling, planning & coordination deliveries.
-assist with scheduling estimates, jobs, and communicating via emails and phone with vendors as well as customers.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable distributing tasks to team members as well as overseeing tasks are completed efficiently and timely.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle general office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Familiar and comfortable using computer software such as QuickBooks, Stacked, Monday, Google Calendar and similar software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a construction and or flooring office as an admin/office manager a plus.
-Must be highly organized and a self starter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills.
-Speaking spanish plus.
- Processing COs, AIA billing, a plus.
- Ability to manage a team and provide effective leadership
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and self starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
