Looking for a detail oriented, determined, individual to support the Customer Service team and manage the day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have the ability to multitask, and have strong organizational skills. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, very personable, and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating and solving CUSTOMER SERVICE complaints
- Oversee the Customer Service staff and provide guidance when needed.
- Assisting with CUSTOMER SERVICE tickets
- Monitoring the daily activities of the CUSTOMER SERVICE team and ensuring everything is being taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for all eCommerce and wholesale samples & delivery of product assets/copy.
- Responsible for maintaining the office showrooms ensuring that everything is always neat and presentable.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and building management. Make sure the office is maintained properly and everything is in working order.
- Oversee the cleaning company and ensure everything is being organized and put away properly.
- Greet office visitors, answer the intercom, ensure all guests are directed to the proper parties.
- Track, Order, and Manage office supplies and make sure everything is being replenished in a timely manner.
- Create and Manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Collect, process, and distribute incoming mail.
- Run errands as needed for upper management.
Education & Prior Experience:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Customer Service Software such as Zendesk/Gorgias
- Timely completion of tasks
- Ability to work well with a team
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
- Prior CUSTOMER SERVICE and Office Admin experience a plus.
Salary: $60,000
