BECOMING OUR OFFICE ADMIN - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Schedule:
You'll typically work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Day-to-Day:
As our Office Admin - Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, directing office staff, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft programs will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel
Accounting or business and some management experience is preferred.
