We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in fast paced work environment. Job responsibilities range from answering phones, scheduling appointments for estimators, following up with customers, talking with in person customers, taking customer payments, helping assist other office staff, communicating with employees in the field, and organizing/maintaining office records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to see a need and problem solve
- Excellent customer service skills is a MUST
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must be a team player
