The General Office Admin compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of the establishment by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sorts and processes correspondence and mail.
- Files correspondence and other records.
- Generates documents specific to branch/department needs.
- Answers telephone and routes calls as needed.
- Greets visitors, and directs them to the appropriate person.
- Participates in meetings and strategy sessions.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
- Handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
