Office Research Admin

We are looking for a reliable Office Research Admin. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Office Research Admin ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to take orders and answer questions from clients
• Process orders from clients
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Return results to customers
• Coordinate with vendors about outstanding searches
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Submit timely reports as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
