POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Office 365 and Infrastructure Specialist will deploy, maintain, upgrade and manage an Active directory and Office 365 Cloud/Hybrid environment. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, communicate effectively and make sure the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Deploy and support Servers and applications in an Active Directory environment including group and user-based policies and accounts creation.
· Design and administer a Windows Server-based network serving more than 2000+ staff · Handle deployment of servers and application in a virtualized environment. (Vmware and Nutanix)
· Responsible for Server maintenance and support including MS Virtual Server Solutions patching and upgrades.
· Work with messaging technologies, particularly Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and Intune.
· Work and handle issues at it relates to Azure AD, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
· Serve as O365 subject matter expert within the organization for all staff while delivering enterprise wide solutions.
· Handle escalation from Tier 1/Tier 2 team involving systems issues. Ensure that root causes and permanent solutions are documented.
· Assist the Support team as a technical resource for high-impact changes such as Office 365 access permissions, policy changes, mailbox rights.
· Provide 24/7 support as needed · Complete all other duties as assigned Skills and Knowledge.
· Experience with Teams and One Drive a plus.
· Microsoft Server 2012 or higher experience.
· Knowledge of Office 365 mail administration · Experience in shell scripting, Coding Scripts, Procedures, functions, etc. a plus.
· Highly motivated - self-starter, proactive with time management.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
