Education: High School diploma, some college preferred.
Experience: Must have basic computer skills and be proficient with PC based
desktop applications. Must have experience in Microsoft office products.
Excellent communication skills required. A minimum of one year experience in
helpDESK SUPPORT or equivalent experience required. Experience with HELP DESK
software, Meditech and/or eClinicalworks a plus.
Summary: Answers calls to Information Systems (IS) help line and provide
helpDESK SUPPORT to end-users for PC hardware, software applications,
peripherals and communication devices. May respond to, diagnose and
troubleshoot problems through discussions with users and/or identify and
correct problems. Typically resolves basic problems while referring more
complex problems. Provides administrative, secretarial and HELP DESK SUPPORT to
CIO and IT staff to include special projects, office workflow, appointments
correspondence, and data compilation and record.
Salary Range: $15.20 – $21.80
