What our Ocean Export - Customer Service Representative Team does:
- Respond to customer inquiries for export cargo both via email and telephone
- Create, amend or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines
- Communicate cross functionally to manage customer expectation, equipment and space availability and escalate to direct management as required
- Promote utilization of OOCL online tools
Candidate preferred (NOT required) skills:
- Customer Service Experience
- Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 0-25+ years of experience welcome!
