- Monday-Friday:9:00 AM-5:30 PM No Weekends or Evenings
- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Learn to prepare estimates, and establish/maintain follow up procedures.
- implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Communicate with customers concerning scheduling and status of orders
- work with customers and staff to schedule installs
- Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
- Assist in center marketing activities
- Handle customer payments and assist in collection of Accounts Receivable
- Administrative duties involving customer and vendor paperwork
- proactively call existing and prospective customers
- Be open to helping out in other departments such as production and possibly simple installations
- 1-2 years of retail or Customer Service/ inside sales experience
- Proactive sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to think on your feet and offer consultative solutions
- Ability to work on computers to generate estimates and proposals
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Understanding of graphics programs and requirements. Knowledge of Adobe products a plus
