Job Summary:
Responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handle customer inquiries by email, phone or in person.
- Data Entry
- Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base
- Provide information about the products and services
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or college education preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Preferred knowledge of the Acumatica and/or QuickBooks
- Detail oriented
