Customer Service Representative

Eastern Wholesale Fence now hiring, Customer Service Representative. Fort Mill SC.

Job Summary:

Responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues.

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle customer inquiries by email, phone or in person.
• Data Entry
• Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base
• Provide information about the products and services
• Resolve customer issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or college education preferred.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Preferred knowledge of the Acumatica and/or QuickBooks
• Detail oriented
