We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be the frontline connection between our agency and our valued clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Facing Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific book of business, engaging with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls, and email communications to address inquiries, provide assistance, and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
Daily Tasks: Execute a variety of tasks including emailing renewal notifications, generating quotes, preparing policy documents, processing bind requests, sending payment links, managing invoicing processes, and returning voicemails promptly to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and enduring relationships with agents and insureds by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and attentiveness to their concerns and preferences.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two accounts are alike. Quickly adapt to changing circumstances, think on your feet, and pivot seamlessly between tasks to meet evolving client demands.
Requirements:
P&C License: Must hold a current Property and Casualty insurance license to effectively navigate and advise clients within the regulatory framework.
Effective Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effectively engaging with clients and conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Self-Discipline and Motivation: Possess a high degree of self-discipline and motivation to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
Commercial CSR Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Client Service Representative, demonstrating proficiency in servicing commercial insurance accounts.
High School Degree: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace to perform job duties effectively.
Experience with Agency Management Systems: Prior experience with AMS360, Applied, or similar agency management systems is a plus, showcasing your ability to navigate and utilize industry-specific software effectively.
