Job Description:
The North America Customer Service PartsSales Leader will create an inspired, proactive selling focused team. This leader actively works with various teams across the organization to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. This role is a key stakeholder and engaged owner in furthering our mission to make it easy, deepen relationships, and maximize long term value for our team members, customers, and shareholders. The NA Customer Service Parts Sales Leader is responsible for providing insightful leadership by encouraging others to discover, develop and apply their talents enabling them to reach their full potential, and actively engages in our Lean journey by building and acting on continuous improvement and development opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of CS Parts Sales Representatives through coaching, support, training, staffing, and conducting performance feedback in a customer focused environment.
- Participate and help facilitate the parts Mission Control Room meetings.
- Provide positive insightful leadership to the team members responsible for Parts Sales performance and work with team to meet objectives.
- Interact directly with customers as a member of the team.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging incentive, motivation, and recognition tools to meet the financial plan.
- Communicate and coordinate efforts with all other areas within the Customer Value Stream and within the company to ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure team is actively engaged in communicating with all areas within CS Value Stream and company.
- Create reports as required for data analysis, research and pricing.
- Lead and coach remote team members in all North American BW Flexible Systems locations.
- Responsible for key metrics pertaining to Parts Sales.
- Prepare budgets for the parts team.
- Support and participate in BWFS meetings as required.
- Invested member of the CS Leadership Team.
- Works with marketing to provide proactive communications to our customers.
- Responsibility for all Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) program accounts and communications with customers to grow that segment of the parts business.
- Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze trends, business opportunities and account activity.
- Subject to business calls outside of normal business hours
- Ability to travel 2-30% domestic and internationally.
- Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years related experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 10 years related experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Must have a valid US driver's license and good driving record and ability to obtain a passport
